We're ONE today! November 7th marks the one year anniversary of the opening day
of Rhythm Cafe. Our foray into food, art and music in Merrimac
Square has been a wonderful adventure for us so far, and we are so
grateful to all of you for joining us throughout our first year. It feels
great to sink some roots into our spot, and we are very excited about
being part of this fantastic community. Our endeavors to bring the very
best we have to offer to your table have been matched by your enthusiastic
approval and loyal support, and without that Rhythm Cafe never would have
made it to our first and momentous milestone, so we thank you from the
bottom of our hearts. Now, on with year two! And in MUSIC news... This coming Wednesday, November 12th, the lovely and amazing
GENEVIEVE will make her Rhythm Cafe debut while on her East Coast tour.
Genevieve is a native of the New Jersey shore who now resides happily in
Los Angeles, currently on tour promoting her new CD "Back to L.A.".
Armed with her keyboard, Genevieve's style of musical storytelling fuses
elements of folk, pop, rock and jazz. Check out her website and download

We welcome back the wonderfully talented and golden-voicedJULIE DOUGHERTY, performing with Woody on Wednesday,
November 19th. Julie is a great veteran performer and singer/songwriter, and her duo with Woody Woodward is always an excellent show. Download songs from Julie's new CD, "Sweet Unraveling" at her website www.juliedougherty.net , and we'll save you a seat at Rhythm on the 19th.
A special night of music and merriment (and likely, mayhem) is in the works for Thanksgiving Eve, Wednesday, November 26th. We can't divulge details yet, but watch for an e-mail update or cruise by our web page www.rhythmcafe.net in a week or two for info.
Speaking of Thanksgiving, please remember we will be CLOSED that day for family time and the counting of our blessings. We will resume our normal hours on Friday, and look forward to seeing you all sometime over the holiday weekend.
Guess what? We know you like your Rhythm wireless, and so do we, so we now offer you free wireless internet service here at the Café. Come on over and linger over lunch or a piece of triple layer cake and get your computer work (or play) done right here. (Thanks Dave and Ed!)
Just to remind all of our wonderful customers, Rhythm Café is available for catering private parties off-premises any day or evening of the week, or here at the café on Sundays. We have received rave reviews from the guests who have hosted and attended gatherings here and elsewhere, and we would love to be considered to cater your next event. Contact Sharon or Cat for information.
Also, if you find yourself without the time to make a decadent dessert, enticing entrée, sumptuous soup or heavenly hors d’oeuvre at some point throughout the holidays, let Rhythm do the work. For special orders, call us a couple of days in advance, let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll have it ready when you are.
